Welcome to Coral Springs
Characterized by earth tones and a covered bridge
A muted, earthy palette and an old covered bridge constructed in 1964—one year after the city’s incorporation—contribute to Coral Springs’ charming environment. Every decade since has seen booming growth in population and amenities, but strict building codes have maintained the city’s unique aesthetic.
A planned community where the tallest building tops out at 12 stories, Coral Springs imbues its South Florida surroundings with cultural appeal. The Center for the Arts, adjacent to the Coral Springs Museum of Art, hosts world-renowned performers in the 300-seat theater, while 49 lush parks offer residents every excuse to get outside and play in the fields.
