In his 11 years of working in real estate, David has completed record breaking sales in some of the premier residential communities and condominiums in South Florida. As a South Florida Native, he possesses knowledgeable insights of the neighborhoods constituting the area, selling with the same dedication and determination as that which he leverages while helping others find their place in the world.

David began his career in 2009 when the housing market was struggling to recover from the recession. It is through hard work, tenacity and sheer will that he went on to build a strong business and reputation during one of the most difficult real estate markets in history, and he is not looking to let up anytime soon. His flexibility and aptitude for adapting to prevailing market conditions while still prioritizing on his clients best interests has distinguished him as a reliable and attentive realtor who always keeps them in the know. It is how he became a Sales Director for a new construction development and how he is committed to offering the most creative and professional solutions.

David currently resides in Plantation with his wife and children. In his spare time he enjoys coaching little league and various watersports.
